Machined Housings:

Used for packaging devices, RF/EMI shielding in microwave frequencies and as a heat sink, machined housings are used in the Telecom, military and medical industries. Machined housings are typically made from aluminum or brass, are typically plated and an EMI/Environmental gasket is attached. MnS can provide a complete turnkey solution.

Sheet Metal products:

Sheet metal components, panels, and miscellaneous components are used in many industries for many reasons, whether front panels are used for identification of device features, company. MnS provides laser cutting, forming, welding, assembly, plating, painting and silk screening.

Secondary machining:

Secondary machining of extrusions or die castings is also available. MnS will receive client products, conduct secondary manufacturing operations to meet client specifications.

Extrusions:

Extrusions are a cost effective method of packaging devices. MnS through our supply chain will work with the client to provide the extrusions, machine and add any other necessary features to them. MnS doesn't offer extrusions, we offer a packaging solution.
